Services
Our services for your capital structure
A financing project can only be communicated professionally once the underlying information is structured in a way that can be followed. That means a clear objective, consistent company and financial data, comprehensible documents and defined approval and communication processes.
Zumsteg Consulting supports companies through this preparation. The work starts with a structured review of the starting position. Existing company, project and communication documents are reviewed and placed in context. Missing information, contradictory statements and open documentation points are made visible. On that basis the further work is organised.
Fields of work
Four fields of work
Starting position and project structure
At the start, the objective, information needs and working structure of the mandate are defined. The scope can include analysing existing company and project information, structuring the next steps, and setting up a project-related CRM and process basis.
The CRM serves to organise contacts, approvals, communication status and next steps. It is not used to accept or forward subscription or investment orders.
Investor-ready documentation
The documentation work covers developing a consistent investment story and preparing the relevant company and project information professionally. Depending on the starting position this can mean producing or fundamentally reworking the pitch deck, executive summary, key figure and information overviews and supporting communication documents.
Central documents are produced bilingually on request — German and English. This widens the reachable circle of counterparties considerably: institutional investors and family offices outside the German-speaking region expect an English version written for them. The English version is therefore adapted in language and content for international counterparties; it is not a literal translation.
Due diligence preparation
Before further conversations, existing data and documents are structured, material information gaps are identified and the consistency of the statements used is checked. Management is prepared for typical follow-up questions from external counterparties and for possible review processes.
Zumsteg Consulting does not perform legal, tax or audit reviews. Responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, currency and lawfulness of the information provided stays with the client.
Communication and process support
Where approaching investors or financing partners is part of the mandate, Zumsteg Consulting supports its technical and organisational preparation. Possible recipients can be proposed based on general project-related criteria. The final selection and approval is made by the client.
First outreach, communication templates, recipient lists and documents intended for distribution are approved in documented form before use. Where there is concrete interest, substantive conversations, due diligence reviews and contract negotiations are conducted directly between the company and the respective third party.

We review how solidly your project stands.
Describe your company, the project and the state of your documents. We review the enquiry and come back to clarify the next steps. Confidential documents and personal data of third parties do not belong in a first contact.
